This Return Policy governs the manner in which Reliable Wire and Cable Incorporated ("RWC") accepts returns from customers (each, a "User") for purchases made over the phone, via fax, in person, on www.reliable-wire.com and/or on reliablewire.com websites ("Site"). This return policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Reliable Wire and Cable Incorporated.

RMA Number

Return of any product must be authorized in advance by an RWC representative by calling 800-614-4701 or via email from your sales representative. You must reference your Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on all returned merchandise.

Refund Method

All returns will be refunded through a credit issued to your Reliable Wire account to be used against a future order or outstanding balance.

Restocking Fee

Items shipped from RWC stock have no restocking fee. Items delivered directly from a manufacturer or distributor will incur a 15% restock fee or actual fee charged by the manufacturer, whichever is greater.

Freight Charges

Purchaser is responsible for all freight costs associated with a return, including freight originally waived under the RWC free freight policy.
